Job Summary

White Label Extracts is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Assistant Manager to support the Fulfillment Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring accurate accounting, order fulfillment, inventory management, and scheduling. This role assists with data entry into the Cannabis Tracking System (METRC), managing product transfers, creating manifests, and maintaining inventory integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing LeafLink and ensuring accuracy in accounting, orders, inventory, and scheduling while meeting deadlines.
  • Assist with audits and follow the direction of the Fulfillment Manager in day-to-day operations.
  • Enter information into the Cannabis Tracking System (METRC) and assist with transferring product from one license to another.
  • Assist in accurately pulling orders from invoices and creating tags that indicate the appropriate product on each order.
  • Use tags in the CTS (METRC) to create manifests with provided driver information and delivery schedules.
  • Assist with creating trade samples for distribution and assorting and organizing new and current product into designated areas.
  • Double-check orders pulled by teammates and assist with invoicing in the absence of the Fulfillment Manager.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of all merchandise and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Manage personnel issues, including disciplinary actions, with confidence and equality.
  • Oversee the day-to-day inventory and order fulfillment processes with an eye on efficiency, flawless execution, scheduling, route preparation, and route delivery.
  • Assist Sales Representatives, answer inventory questions and concerns, and help them succeed with all their vendor account needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with all processes, laws, rules, regulatory information, guidelines, and changes pertaining to OLCC.
  • Maintain the integrity of all confidential information, including but not limited to inventory counts, sales data, wholesale costs, and overall company information.
  • Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the fulfillment area.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must have experience with QuickBooks and METRC.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay busy during downtime.
  • Understanding of state packaging design and approval process (will be worked on with the candidate).
  • Experience with Google Drive/Sheets/Docs.
  • Ability to frequently multi-task, have strong attention to detail, and work effectively in a group environment.
  • Ability to accept positive and constructive feedback and communicate effectively.
Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit.
  • 1 year METRC experience (preferred).
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to work seated in a temperature-controlled workspace (cooler) for long periods of time.
  • Close visual focus required.
  • This position occasionally requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
