Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our elite Waste Connections Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising work crews operating solid waste collection equipment, monitoring daily operations, and ensuring compliance with environmental and OSHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assign and supervise work crews operating solid waste collection equipment
- Monitor progress of daily operations and reassign employees as necessary
- Develop and execute safety goals and conduct field inspections to ensure proper work procedures
- Receive and review customer complaints regarding collection programs
- Perform reviews and performance management discussions
- Formulate short-term and long-term goals and action plans for the Hauling Company

Requirements
- Ability to relocate for promotional opportunities based on performance
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Prior experience in transportation/trucking/logistics required
- Ability to obtain Class B CDL within 90 days
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
