Responsibilities

  • Manage all sales and operations for the Eugene branch
  • Supervise a team of 15 employees, including in- and outside sales, technicians, administrative staff, auditors, and an office manager
  • Oversee full P+L responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels effectively

  • Lead account management activities

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in operations management and/or sales leadership within the industrial marketplace
  • Possess a disciplined and structured approach to work
  • Internally motivated with a strong understanding of leadership principles
  • Preference for candidates with a background in the military
  • Direct product knowledge is advantageous
  • Familiarity with LEAN principles is a plus
  • A degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
