Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent/Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent/Sales Representative to join our team at Freeway Auto Insurance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to customers, building strong relationships with business partners, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer needs and provide personalized insurance solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required
  • Ability to secure a Personal and Casualty Lines insurance license within 60 days of hire date
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and AS-400/Mocha preferred
