Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all real estate property management functions, including administrative and maintenance operations.
  • Develop and implement leasing and marketing plans, resident relations, budget preparation, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis reports for submission to the CFO.
  • Conduct monthly budget reviews to ensure sites are meeting NOI.
  • Ensure resident complaints are handled promptly, diplomatically, and professionally.
  • Supervise building security measures, incident documentation, lease violation reports, and notifications.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure maximum economic rents are achieved through rent level management, outreach methods, and resident retention programs.
  • Coordinate with staff and third-party contractors to ensure work orders are closed out.
  • Approve purchases of large-scale items and repairs.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience as a Regional Property Manager.
  • Proficiency in YARDI.
  • Experience with REAC and MOR inspections.
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to diffuse difficult situations.
  • Knowledge of the NYC residential market.
  • In-depth knowledge of Affordable Housing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce results.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
