We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Local Success Coach to join our team at Go Au Pair Operations LLC. As a Local Success Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting our Host Families and Au Pairs in your area, building strong relationships, and promoting cultural exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and support to families during the matching process
  • Explain regulations, policies, and rules to Host Families & Au Pairs
  • Conduct in-home family interviews/site visits to confirm families understand the program regulations
  • Conduct in-home orientations upon arrival of a new Au Pair
  • Conduct monthly phone and in-person communications with families and Au Pairs
  • Organize cultural events in the local area for Au Pairs
  • Work with headquarters staff as a team to support families and Au Pairs
  • Develop personal relationships with families and Au Pairs and maintain high-quality communication
  • Execute marketing initiatives coordinated with headquarters
  • Assist during crisis and conflict situations quickly and professionally

Training and Onboarding:

To become knowledgeable about the Au Pair Program and perform your LSC tasks, you'll need about a year's worth of experience. This year's time frame is a typical duration of a family's placement with an Au Pair and provides you with the full experience of supporting both parties, from start to finish.

Your training is separated into two major groupings. Group one occurs over the first two months, and group two occurs approximately 6 months after you've started. Both groupings include reading, watching videos, self-exercises, and meeting with training personnel.

Compensation:

Your compensation is organized into tiers based on the total number of active families in your service area. Currently, the Southern Shores, NC area has 4 active families. For an area of this size, you will spend approximately 1.4 hours per week or 74 hours per full year supporting your families and Au Pairs. The estimated yearly compensation for a cluster this size is up to $4,500.

If you are able to grow your cluster to at least 11 families, this will increase your estimated hours to 3.0 per week and 161 hours per full year. The estimated yearly compensation for a cluster this size is $9,300.

As an independent contractor, you are paid monthly for the deliverables submitted for the prior month. The compensation range listed above is an estimated yearly figure that is based on the current number of clients (Active Count) in your area.
