We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Services Specialist to support our Client Services department.

This role involves coordinating hardware demand with customers, ensuring proper dissemination of contractual obligations, and assisting customers with quote approvals and overdue accounts receivable issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need a university degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.

A strong understanding of procurement processes and experience with SAP are also highly valued.
