Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a Contract Administrator II to join their team. As a Contract Administrator II, you will be part of the Customer Services department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Contract Administrator II
Location: Monroe, NC
Pay Range: $25-$41/ hour
What's the Job?
Serve as the primary customer interface for contracting matters, establishing trust and cooperation.
Ensure compliance with negotiated terms and conditions, company policies, and financial objectives.
Collaborate with government and commercial customers, as well as internal teams including Program Management and Finance.
Manage contractual relationships and assist customers with quote approvals and overdue accounts receivable issues.
Coordinate hardware demand with customers and ensure proper dissemination of contractual obligations.
What's Needed?
University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience.
Proficiency in O365, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience with SAP is preferred.
Financial experience, including contract pricing.
Aerospace business experience is a plus.
