About the Role

iCrossing is seeking a Technical Architect to lead the design and development of enterprise ecommerce solutions built on SAP Commerce Cloud. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating the overall architecture solution and overseeing the application development project team. Your expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud technology and ability to communicate complex technical information will be essential in developing a robust ecommerce practice for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of the overall SAP Commerce Cloud architecture solution
  • Oversee the application development project team responsible for building the solution
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate discussions on requirements and technical solution approaches
  • Architect SAP Commerce Cloud solutions for ecommerce frontend store fronts, back-end APIs, and data integrations
  • Guide the team on development industry and SAP Commerce Cloud best practices
  • Ensure the overall quality of deliverables and application documentation

Requirements

  • Strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving, and technical skills
  • Thorough understanding of enterprise commerce solutions and experience with frontend storefronts and back-office integrations
  • At least one SAP Commerce Cloud project with experience leading a team from technical design through successful release and maintenance
  • 8+ years of industry experience and at least 6+ years of Java application development with open-source frameworks
  • 5+ years of SAP Commerce Cloud (hybris) heavy hands-on development experience
