Job Title: Construction Supervisor - Residential & Commercial Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial project work across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with a preference for those holding an MA Construction Supervisor License, a comprehensive understanding of building codes and the permitting process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, including creating and managing project schedules, coordinating and performing all aspects of project work, and assisting in the identification, qualification, selection, and coordination of subcontractors.
  • Participate in construction estimating and bidding processes, attend and lead client construction meetings, and ensure compliance with building codes and permitting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and employees, and provide exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • MA Construction Supervisor License (CSL) and in-depth knowledge of building codes and permitting.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, technology, or related field experience required.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong decision-making capabilities, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, and proficiency with MS Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Must pass a background check and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
