Construction Supervisor
Residential & Commercial Projects in MA & NH
Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Construction Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial project work across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with a preference for those holding an MA Construction Supervisor License, a comprehensive understanding of building codes and the permitting the process. Projects include both residential and commercial builds and rehabbing existing structures.
A vehicle is provided.

Role:

  • Manage day-to-day project operations
  • Create and manage project schedules
  • Coordinate and performing all aspects of project work
  • Assist in the identification, qualification, selection and coordination of subcontractors
  • Participate in construction estimating and bidding processes
  • Attend and lead client construction meetings
What will catch our eye:
  • MA Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes and permitting
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, technology, or related field experience required
  • Highly self-motivated with strong decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and site projects efficiently
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • Must pass a background check and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
