Job Overview

Kent, Campa and Kate Incorporated is a federal contracting company that provides professional services to Government Agencies. We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support administrative activities for the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) located in Washington, D.C.

Estimated Salary: $24.00 HourlyJob Description

The successful candidate will serve as assistant to the Administrator and Deputy Administrator, providing assistance and support for all operations and activities of the front office. The role involves scheduling tentative appointments without prior clearance, making arrangements for special or routine events, and assembling and distributing established background materials.

Key responsibilities include receiving and screening telephone calls and visitors on behalf of the Administrator and Deputy Administrator, tracking and routing incoming correspondence, and personally responding to requests for information concerning office procedures.

The ideal candidate will have three years' experience providing secretarial and administrative support or related experience, with knowledge of multiple applications associated with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, as well as previous experience handling scheduling and calendar management.
