Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster robust relationships with stakeholders and engage collaboratively across all organizational levels
  • Oversee multiple ERP systems across brands to guarantee data integrity
  • Collaborate with integration and technology teams to provide highly reliable solutions
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives for application delivery
  • Deliver technical guidance, problem-solving expertise, and leadership for teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in ERP systems management, with a preference for SAP expertise
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail lifecycle processes
  • Technical and functional proficiency related to project execution
  • Exceptional communication skills and organizational capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Solid grasp of business processes and data needs
  • Proven ability to address issues and drive effective solutions
