Key Responsibilities:
- Offer visionary leadership for the implementation and management of ERP systems in a multi-brand context
- Foster robust relationships with stakeholders and engage collaboratively across all organizational levels
- Oversee multiple ERP systems across brands to guarantee data integrity
- Collaborate with integration and technology teams to provide highly reliable solutions
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives for application delivery
- Deliver technical guidance, problem-solving expertise, and leadership for teams
Required Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in ERP systems management, with a preference for SAP expertise
- Comprehensive understanding of retail lifecycle processes
- Technical and functional proficiency related to project execution
- Exceptional communication skills and organizational capabilities
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Solid grasp of business processes and data needs
- Proven ability to address issues and drive effective solutions
