Job Title: Construction Quality Control Technician

iParametrics LLC is seeking a skilled Construction Quality Control Technician to join our team. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality control efforts on-site, inspecting mechanical systems during preconstruction, construction, commissioning, and punch list phases.
  • Ensure compliance with project documents, applicable codes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design team, clients, and contractors to resolve coordination and technical issues.
  • Inspect offsite and onsite fabrication and installation of mechanical systems.
  • Address and resolve technical issues that arise during mechanical installations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical quality control or construction QA/QC.
  • Experience with mechanical system installation, inspection, and commissioning.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field management software.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with trade contractors and project teams.

Compensation for this position is $80,000-$115,000 based on experience, background, skills, and a 50-hour work week.
