Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Retail Engineering team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive MDM tests on various mobile platforms, including iOS and macOS, using industry-leading MDM solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to test back-end systems, perform API testing, database queries, stress testing, and scalability testing to identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Conduct detailed accessibility audits of our applications to ensure compliance with web accessibility guidelines.
  • Document testing results, defects, and issues in a clear and concise manner, and apply Jira or similar project management tool to track testing progress and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Experience as a QA Tester with a focus on MDM, front-end, back-end, or accessibility testing.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of back-end technologies, such as server-side programming, databases, and APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and reproduce bugs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
