The Customer Service Representative will engage with clients, manage order processing, and respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding our offerings.
Your working hours will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will:
- Respond to customer calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Contribute to sales growth and profitability by recommending additional products and participating in promotional activities.
- Enhance fill rates by suggesting alternatives for out-of-stock or discontinued items.
- Escalate customer issues and requests to the customer service manager when necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with various software applications.
- At least 2 years of data entry experience.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A friendly demeanor and a strong desire to assist others.
