Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Echo Vascular Technician PRN to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Pearland. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms, imaging, and other cardiology tests to help diagnose and treat patients with cardiovascular conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Perform echocardiograms, imaging, and other cardiology tests to diagnose and treat patients with cardiovascular conditions
  • Transport patients to and from testing areas, distribute final reports, and maintain data management systems for tests
  • Communicate effectively with other members of the department and other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and technologies to provide high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Registered in ONE of the following: ARDMS, CCI, RVS, RCS, Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
  • Hands-on training required; continuing education courses or further documented training recommended
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date
