Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and support our clients' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' conditions and develop effective treatment plans to meet their respiratory needs.
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions, including the insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
  • Perform timely and accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
  • Promote continuous quality improvement by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Teach and counsel patients and their families on respiratory care and disease management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist, with a strong background in patient care and treatment planning.
  • Maintain current CPR or BCLS certification, with BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
