Key Responsibilities- Provide bilingual support to patients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their medication needs.
- Assist pharmacists with daily operations, including retrieving cash, reconciling cash, and refilling prescriptions.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving Over-the-Counter medication.
- Prepare medication for pharmacist verification and store medication in assigned Will Call bags.
- Participate in achieving departmental sustainability and clinical scorecard goals.
- Comply with CVCH health care and pharmacy department requirements, including fire/safety/disasters, hazardous materials, aseptic technique, infection control, and confidentiality issues.
- Washington State Pharmacy Assistant License required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required or must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
- Previous experience working in a community pharmacy setting or other setting providing similar skills/activities preferred.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
- Competitive hourly rate of $18.46.
