TalentFish is seeking a Workday Security Administrator - Lead Analyst to support the implementation of Workday and ensure the security of the system. This is a remote direct hire position that requires experience as a Lead Security Admin supporting Workday for healthcare service providers, hospitals, and clinical organizations.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday Security Administration for healthcare service providers, hospitals, or clinical environments
  • Experience with Workday implementation and security solutions
  • Experience leading new software installations and enhancement requests
  • Experience as the Lead Security Admin - designing and implementing security solutions, managing security services, and conducting security assessments
  • Executive presence communicating system changes and enhancements to the user community
  • Experience recommending and implementing policies and procedures for security functionality - maximizing systems capabilities
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to define security requirements and translate them into Workday configurations
  • What You'll Do
  • Responsible for the configuration and administration of Workday's domain security policies, business process security policies, authentication and mobile access policies, and the assignment of role-based security within the Workday application
  • Support the implementation of Workday security applications
  • Formulate and implement overall Workday Security Strategy
  • Define and update security groups
  • Define and maintain domains and business process security policies
  • Document proper internal security controls and maintain project documents
  • Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy
