Job Title: Pressure Washing Crew Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pressure Washing Crew Leader to join our team at Imperial Cleaning. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of cleaning associates and ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of cleaning associates and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Inspect surfaces being cleaned to ensure that chemicals and ratios used do not damage the finishes of each product
  • Supervise cleaning associates and ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness
  • Assist in the training of all powerwashing cleaning associates and ensure that they have a complete understanding of company policy, procedures, and expectations
  • Set a constant example to all associates in dress and behavior, ensuring that all associates are adhering to grooming and conduct standards
  • Evaluate employee performance, conduct on-the-job training and coaching when necessary, and initiate disciplinary action when appropriate
  • Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures
  • Report incidents, procedure, or safety violations to management

Requirements:

  • Experience operating pressure washing equipment preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Knowledge of different cleaning solutions and their appropriate uses
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions
