Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Crew Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning associates, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train cleaning associates to ensure they meet company standards and expectations.
• Ensure that assigned residential homes are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
• Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
