Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategic Commercial Insights Plans: As a core member of the Integrated Product Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic Commercial Insights plans to drive high-quality decisions for our priority product.
- Serve as Primary Point of Contact for Commercial Insights: You will serve as the Integrated Product Team's primary point of contact and strategic partner for Commercial Insights, responsible for prioritizing business questions and synthesizing insights and recommendations from across the organization.
- Deliver Accurate and Timely Insights: You will be accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of all forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics needs for our brand, developing and articulating integrated customer-level insights based on a deep understanding of brand priorities and drivers of product performance.
- Partner with Stakeholders: You will partner with a broad group of stakeholders, including commercial intelligence colleagues, external agencies, finance, sales ops, market access, medical affairs, patient centricity, and global teams to ensure insights are integrated holistically for the brand, driving coordination across stakeholders to maximize brand performance.
- Establish and Monitor Key Performance Indicators: You will ensure the brand has accurate near and mid-term forecasts, as well as foresight into key risks and opportunities for the brand to maximize performance, incorporating optimal data and insights to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Stay Abreast of Market Research and Analytics Best Practices: You will stay abreast of evolving market research, competitive intelligence, forecasting, and analytics best practices, ensuring the organization's processes remain compliant and adaptable.
- 10+ Years of Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry: You will have 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with broad experience in strategy development, marketing, market research, business analytics, strategic forecasting, or related fields.
- Excellent Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities: You will have excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to synthesize multiple sources of information into clear insights and recommendations for the brand.
- Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills: You will have effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in an agile manner, take accountability, make decisions, and be a self-starter.
