Job Overview

The Global Fulfillment Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of material and production requirements across various locations. This role ensures that the team meets service, quality, and timeliness objectives while defining and refining processes to maintain standards across the global storefront operations. The manager will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials from suppliers and within departments in alignment with production schedules. Additionally, this position is accountable for inventory levels and the quality of ERP data.

This role operates under established policy objectives, allowing for moderate autonomy. It requires a high level of operational judgment to achieve the desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the master planning and material processes, updating production schedules and purchasing requirements to ensure operational alignment with production plans and KPIs. Optimize inventory management and support continuous process improvements.
  • Utilize advanced judgment to make informed decisions and tackle complex challenges in operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering domains. Assess the quality of information provided and engage stakeholders with relevant inquiries.
  • Propose innovative solutions to challenges that fall outside established parameters, leveraging multiple internal and some external resources to inform decision-making.
  • Possibly lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and complexity. Communicate intricate concepts effectively and influence perspectives on specific topics, guiding others to consider alternative viewpoints.
  • Possess specialized knowledge within the function, influencing strategy development for the area of responsibility, including resource control and policy formulation.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 additional years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading programs and projects.
  • Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
  • Established project management expertise.
