As a Registered Nurse, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental requirements and the standards of practice relevant to your specialty.

In collaboration with medical providers and the care team, you will offer personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing models such as 'Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.' You will also serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the patient's condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.

- Execute procedures, monitoring, or other functions as directed by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care in the patient's medical record.

- Administer prescribed medications, monitor patients for therapeutic responses, and take appropriate actions in case of unintended medication responses.

- Provide exceptional care by promptly responding to patient requests, proactively anticipating needs, and resolving them effectively.

- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by simplifying complex medical terminology.


Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing.
- A minimum of 12 months of Acute Inpatient experience is required.
