Job Overview:
The Development and Events Manager at Mobile Meals of Toledo plays a crucial role in advancing our mission to provide essential nutrition services to older adults in our community. This position is integral to the success of our fundraising initiatives and community engagement efforts.

Role Responsibilities:
As the Development and Events Manager, you will:
  • Oversee the management of our donor database, ensuring accurate data handling and reporting.
  • Plan, organize, and execute fundraising events, including budgeting and securing sponsorships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to broaden our donor base and enhance financial support.
  • Conduct research on major gift prospects to increase annual contributions.
  • Establish and analyze fundraising goals and objectives, refining our five-year development plan.
  • Provide insights and content for marketing materials and publications.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Three to five years of experience in event planning, fundraising, and donor relations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, Monday to Friday. Flexibility for evening and weekend events is required.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package including:
