About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Cottonwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center LLC. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare facility.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Follow state and federal guidelines, as well as facility policies and procedures, to ensure compliance and quality care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics and disease management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:


  • Current RN licensure in Colorado or a compact state
  • CPR certification
  • At least one year of experience as a RN, preferably in a rehabilitation and healthcare setting
