Job Description

FPI Management, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the leasing operations department, ensuring that all leasing functions are carried out in accordance with organization policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leasing and Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels as established by owner/budget expectations, exhibit professional leasing techniques, and assist with the completion of the monthly Market Surveys and analysis.
  • Client Relations: Carry out the philosophies and wishes of the Owner in the daily overall operations of the apartment community to ensure FPI is meeting the Client objective and expectations.
  • Employee Management: Responsible for training and onboarding of new leasing team members, provide support, training, and guidance as needed to all leasing team members, and conduct weekly leasing meetings to ensure property objectives are being met.
  • Revenue Management: Assists the Community Director with maximizing revenue potential of the property through the management of lease expirations and timely turnover, and may assist the Community Director with the management of monthly rent collections and delinquency.
  • Reporting and Document Management: Maintain appropriate resident files, including forms, leases, documents in accordance with FPI Standard Operating Procedures, and ensure that documents and reporting systems are maintained, updated, and organized.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within Residential Property Management, or experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or customer service.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required, and a college degree in a relatable field preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English, and strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet, social media).
