  • Monitor and Evaluate Operations: Continuously monitor and evaluate warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all warehouse operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including OSHA and DOT regulations.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory and supplies.
  • Develop and Implement Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including transportation, customer service, and sales to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Warehouse Operations: Required.
  • Supervisory Experience: Preferred.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems: Preferred.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Required.
