Hospice Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse to join our client's dynamic team at Registry Ally, Inc. Our ideal candidate will provide compassionate Hospice care to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and excellent patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Provide hospice care to patients in the local area, in the comfort of their own home.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient care and comfort.
- Illinois RN License or Compact License.
- 1 year of professional experience as an RN.
- Associates Degree in Nursing or higher.
- BLS/CPR Certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable mode of transportation, and auto insurance.
- A highly competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
- A comprehensive training program.
- $15,000 bonus (paid out quarterly).
