Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations positions, with a strong background in quality and EH&S management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to lead and develop staff members.
Work Environment:

The General Manager will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with frequent interactions with corporate staff, regulatory offices, and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
