We are seeking a talented and experienced Clinical Lead Dentist to join our team as a Practice Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership.

As a Clinical Lead Dentist, you will assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnosing dental conditions, offering treatment planning options and discussing them with patients, providing high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency, and maintaining an awareness of the budget and working in conjunction with Operations team to attain financial objectives.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $220,000 to $320,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, vision, and 401(k) savings plan, as well as unlimited access to free continuing education (live and online) to keep your skills and knowledge up to date.
