This Clinical Pharmacy Manager role is an excellent opportunity to join our team at McLaren Flint Hospital. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced pharmacist to lead our clinical pharmacy programs and services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain a drug policy that supports optimal pharmaceutical care and promotes cost-effectiveness for all patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain clinically relevant tools to support clinical programs and services
- Assess and implement strategies to optimize pharmaceutical care
- Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy to maintain an annual clinical plan
