We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Christus Health.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires the provision of patient care under the supervision of physicians or registered nurses. The LVN will perform lab procedures, assist with examinations and treatments, and support patient flow while maintaining accurate documentation and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain vital signs, collect specimens, and assist with patient care duties
  • Assist providers in examination and treatment of patients and with procedures
  • Answer phone/record messages and assist with patient-related calls
  • Schedule test appointments, results, and pre-certification
  • Document information related to patient care
  • Administer medications/immunizations according to provider order
  • Clean and restock exam rooms, maintain sterile technique, and utilize universal protocol
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including locating patient charts, filing, and completing routine forms

Requirements:

  • LVN License in state of employment or compact
  • BLS certification

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
