Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leadership Specialist to lead engineering execution on large, complex projects. The successful candidate will develop and administer program execution plans, technical performance standards, and budgets.

 

Job Responsibilities

The Project Leadership Specialist will be responsible for leading all engineering efforts for a complex project or projects on time and budget. Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring design compliance with project requirements
- Reviewing customer specifications and developing designs to meet their needs
- Providing budget, cost, and schedule input for design assignments
- Communicating effectively with manufacturing, supply chain, program management, and customers
- Participating in proposal preparation and development of basis of estimates (BOEs)
- Interacting with technical management, professionals, technicians, and support personnel to coordinate and recommend technical activities and progress

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in engineering or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience. They should possess mastery of technologies and domain knowledge, as well as strong customer relations, negotiation skills, and decision-making abilities.
