Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Program Manager to join our team at Sacramento County CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising health and mental health services, including staff supervision, program development, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate health and mental health services, including program development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build coalitions and partnerships to advance health and mental health initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or higher degree in a field relevant to health or mental health, such as public health, social work, or nursing.
  • Three years of experience managing, coordinating, and supervising health or mental health services, including staff supervision and program development.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
