We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor II to join our team at AbD Serotec. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our lab activities and shipping & receiving functions.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all manufacturing functions, including scheduling, managing multiple products, and meeting completion deadlines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to laboratory personnel, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Review and approve documents at all levels, including technical documentation, quality control reports, and manufacturing procedures.
- Collaborate with Research and Development to oversee the technical development and production of new products.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as biology, molecular biology, chemistry, immunology, or biotechnology.
- At least 5 years of full-time experience in a technically related position and 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve business goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
