We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Global Oncology Strategic Planning to lead the consolidation of revenue forecasts from regional and global forecasting teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a data repository for revenue and NPV models, as well as key forecast assumptions that enable key business planning processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the consolidation of revenue forecasts from regional and global forecasting teams to enable the delivery of global oncology revenue forecasts and other portfolio analytics.
- Develop and maintain a data repository for revenue and NPV models, as well as key forecast assumptions that enable key business planning processes.
- Produce reporting updates on mid-term (5-year) and long-term forecast updates (10-15 years) while analyzing how DS in-line and pipeline assets will co-exist within tumor/disease areas of focus.
- Assist the strategic planning team with analysis of key macro-forecast assumptions at a tumor/disease level and the R&D team on tracking forecasts/NPVs/other assumptions that support pipeline prioritization decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business, or marketing required; MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- 4 or more years of forecasting and/or secondary analytical experience in pharma/biotech, along with experience creating/maintaining databases required.
- 1 or more years of oncology or hematology experience preferred; international business experience, such as having worked in multiple regions and/or worked as a global team member, is also preferred.
Ability to travel up to 20% globally and domestically.
