Control Systems Specialist

Estamos en búsqueda de un Control Systems Specialist para un entorno de producción. Este puesto es clave para proporcionar apoyo en la preservación y mejora de la seguridad, calidad, fiabilidad, eficiencia y costos en las operaciones diarias de la planta. Se espera que el candidato recomiende, planifique e implemente actualizaciones de equipos para mantener la integridad de las instalaciones.
Áreas de Apoyo:
El soporte abarcará el trabajo con equipos industriales pesados, automatización, controles y utilidades. Esta es una oportunidad de contratación directa y a tiempo completo con excelentes posibilidades de crecimiento y beneficios atractivos.
Responsabilidades:
- Excelentes habilidades eléctricas - programación y hardware de PLC, VFD, motores, interruptores y tableros eléctricos.
- Habilidades superiores de comunicación oral y escrita; capacidad para interactuar con todos los niveles de la organización.
- Diagnóstico y análisis de causa raíz.
- Competencias informáticas sólidas con dominio de aplicaciones de software, incluyendo Microsoft Office y AutoCAD. Capacidad para aprender nuevos programas de software rápidamente.
- Capacidad para organizar y priorizar la carga de trabajo; debe ser capaz de gestionar múltiples tareas a la vez sin sacrificar la atención al detalle.
- Un alto grado de iniciativa, automotivación y disposición para asumir nuevos desafíos es fundamental.
- Flexibilidad para operar en un entorno dinámico y exigente; se requieren habilidades de liderazgo para dirigir, guiar y desarrollar a otros para lograr objetivos personales, de planta y corporativos.
Calificaciones:
- Título universitario en Ingeniería Eléctrica.
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en un entorno industrial.
- Se prefiere experiencia en procedimientos de mantenimiento y fiabilidad de equipos.
- La exposición a equipos típicamente utilizados en la industria de metales es beneficiosa.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en la industria de metales.
