About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for enhancing the quality of life of our residents in an ethical, sensitive, and caring manner.

You will work closely with our team to implement high-quality Occupational Therapy services that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Occupational Therapy services to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Assess and evaluate resident needs and abilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident mobility and independence
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident progress and care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with older adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
