We are seeking a highly qualified Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team at Jet Health in Boise, Idaho.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time or part-time Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide OT services including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation for our patients enrolled in our home health program in the Boise area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive group of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting ongoing clinical assessments, evaluating patients' occupational performance, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and documenting clinical notes and records in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing clinical assessments to identify patient needs and determine levels of functioning.
  • Evaluate patients' occupational performance in areas such as self-care, work, leisure, and rest.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to address ROM, strength, coordination, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental modifications.
  • Document clinical notes, phone orders, and other records in a timely manner.
  • Accept clinical assignments consistent with education and competence.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.
  • Licensure: Current State License as an Occupational Therapist, Current driver's license required.
  • Experience: One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred. Home health experience preferred.
  • EMR: Home care home base proficiency preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in therapy skills as per accepted standards of practice, good interpersonal skills, current CPR certification, and knowledge of durable medical equipment.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid/current auto liability insurance.

Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
