Job Summary

The Financial Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions within our hotel operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Audit all house and guest accounts to ensure balance and accuracy.
  2. Prepare final reports for management, highlighting any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and guests, fostering a collaborative and welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial operations, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial software and systems.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
