Assistant Financial Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator Assistant to join our team at Storm One Claims LLC in Sarasota. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of financial and business functions.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial and business concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. In this role, you will assist in the administration of financial and business functions, provide exceptional customer service, process payments efficiently, maintain accurate records, and promote customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of financial and business functions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential and existing clients.
- Process payments efficiently using electronic payment systems.
- Maintain accurate records of checks, invoices, and documents.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- One to two years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Able to multitask effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
