QUALIFICATIONS Minimum:
3 years of experience in the restoration or construction industry, Xactimate level 2 certification, and four current industry certifications. Proficient computer skills, including:
- MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook (Emails)
- Intermediate ability to interpret blueprints and architectural plans
- Solid understanding of local, state, and federal code requirements
- Experience with construction documents, specifications, and take-offs
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree is preferred. A valid driver's license is necessary.
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTSAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented team environment under pressure to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities and demanding service requirements. Availability for overtime, weekends, and 24/7 response is essential. Potential travel to disaster sites and exposure to hazardous conditions may be required.
