Job Overview

As a Heavy Vehicle Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to calls from stranded motorists in the designated area and providing emergency roadside assistance. The ideal candidate should have experience with AAA roadside assistance calls and law enforcement calls, as well as driven a tow truck before.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to roadside emergencies within the designated area upon receiving the call
  • Assist clients in recovering their vehicles and transporting them to designated locations
  • Maintain the tow truck and all equipment in a safe working condition
  • Keep accurate records of responded calls and communicate with dispatch effectively
  • Present invoices to clients in the field and accept payment as needed
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Experience with basic roadside assistance, such as tire changing, lockouts, flatbed, or wheel lift
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
