About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team at Ultimate Auto Service Inc. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for responding to roadside emergencies, providing emergency roadside assistance, and recovering abandoned vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to roadside emergencies within a designated area
  2. Assist clients in recovering their vehicles and bringing them to a designated location
  3. Maintain the tow truck and all equipment to ensure a safe working environment
  4. Maintain accurate records of calls responded to and communicate with dispatch
  5. Present invoices to clients in the field and accept payment as needed
Requirements
  • Valid Driver License
  • Clean driving record and ability to drive safely
  • Experience with basic roadside assistance, such as changing a tire and lockouts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards.
