About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Residential Crisis Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Crisis Therapist, you will provide clinical services to individuals experiencing crisis and in need of short-term support and stabilization. Your expertise will be invaluable in assessing and treating clients, as well as training and supervising QMHA staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct crisis assessments and provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Assist with training and clinical oversight of QMHA staff members
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Eligibility for QMHP registration
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check

What We Offer:
