Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Study Coordinator to join our team at Northwestern University. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis, and reporting of data, as well as assisting the Principal Investigator in evaluating the validity of test data obtained in biomedical and social-behavioral research studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the planning and conduct of research studies, including participant recruitment and retention.
  • Obtain informed consent from participants.
  • Administer tests and questionnaires according to protocols.
  • Collect, compile, and process responses.
  • Extract and analyze data from medical charts.
  • Complete basic clinical procedures, such as drawing blood and obtaining blood pressure.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social or health science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years of research study or relevant experience required.
  • Must complete NU's IRB CITI training before interacting with participants and re-certify every 3 years.
