ECommerce Wholesale Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ECommerce Wholesale Analyst to oversee online selling and wholesale operations. This role will focus on managing relationships with wholesale customers, optimizing online sales strategies, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • eCommerce Strategy and Optimization:
    Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behaviors, and key metrics to optimize online sales channels (e.g., Amazon, Amazon FBA, eBay, Walmart, and others).
    Implement best practices for product listings, merchandising, and user experience to enhance the buying process.

  • Wholesale Operations Management:
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ECommerce wholesale division for cellular devices, accessories, and other inventory.
    Manage inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to wholesale customers.

  • Sales Growth and Customer Acquisition:
    Identify and pursue new wholesale customer acquisition opportunities.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers to drive repeat business.

  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:
    Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the cellular device space.
    Adjust sales strategies based on market insights to stay competitive.

  • Inventory and Product Management:
    Ensure accurate forecasting of demand for cellular devices and accessories.
    Work closely with the purchasing and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels and product availability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, ECommerce, or a related field.
    3-5 years of experience in ECommerce wholesale management, preferably in cellular devices or electronics.

  • Strong knowledge of cellular devices, accessories, and the wireless industry.
    Proven experience with ECommerce platforms and online wholesale distribution.

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
    Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and customer service teams.
