Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Starbucks. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and leading a high-performing team, and creating a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth by leveraging business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving skills to optimize store operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Nurture talent and lead a team by engaging the hearts and minds of your team members and developing their skills to achieve their personal best.
- Inspire others by becoming a dynamic brand ambassador dedicated to driving and achieving results through your team.
- 2 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Minimum High School or GED.
